What plans are available?
We offer two subscription plans: Mobile App Access (iOS & Android only) at €9.90/month or €100/year, and the Combi Package (Mobile + Web platform) at €16.90/month or €170.90/year.
What is included in both plans?
Both plans include full access to all app features: 4,000+ food database, barcode and label scanning, meal logging, glucose trend charts, weight and BMI tracking, recipe builder, doctor and family sharing, and community access.
What does the Combi Package add?
The Combi Package adds access to the web platform at carbjuggler.com, with a larger screen experience and cross-platform sync between your mobile app and the web.
How much do I save with annual billing?
Annual billing saves you around 16% compared to the monthly price. Mobile annual is €100/year (vs €118.80/year monthly), and Combi annual is €170.90/year (vs €202.80/year monthly).
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. You can cancel at any time through the App Store or Google Play. You retain access until the end of your current billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store using your existing payment method on file.
